The U-M School of School Work has developed strategic partnerships with higher education institutions around the world. The Office of Global Activities continually works to strengthen these partnerships through various activities including faculty and research collaborations. The School of Social Work was established in 1966, and is currently part of the Faculty of Social Welfare and Health Sciences at Haifa University. The School’s main objective is to train graduates - the future leaders of the social work profession - to be actively involved in the struggle for social justice, and staunchly committed to social change.
