The Community Action and Social Change Outreach Board fosters partnership, outreach and engagement among declared and prospective students in the minor, and help students bridge connections between their field and an ongoing commitment to social justice. Through monthly discussions and meetings throughout the academic year, students advise staff and faculty on programs and strategies that foster outreach and engagement, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion. The board is composed of student ambassadors from each partner school/college represented in the minor. Each member serves as a student liaison between the minor and their major degree program by facilitating partnership and collaboration with students, staff and faculty.
