  5. What documents do I need in order to pay an individual?

    A W9 is needed from the individual in order to process payment. The individual must submit their W9 by filling out the SSW SignNow system.

  6. What documents do I need in order to pay an organization?

    Please submit an invoice and W9 to the FAST Office through the Purchasing or Reimbursement form. If you believe the organization has already filled out a W9, please ask the FAST Office to verify that a W9 is already on file.
