  1. What if I have a concern about the number of CE contact hours awarded or about the certificate program? What steps do I take to resolve this concern?

  2. What if I just graduated from college? Does this experience qualify me for the Sexual Health Certificate Program?

    If you just graduated from college, you will need at least one full year of post-graduation work experience working directly with people in a 'helping' capacity.

  3. What if I just need an overview of the whole program as an Online MSW admitted student?

    We developed a comprehensive resource that was sent out before the SW590/Orientation Weekend: Online MSW Student Welcome Guide. Review the guide to find:

    • Content regarding the online program in general
    • Information about courses and course planning
    • Field education information and schedule
    • Links to resources in the SSW and U-M overall
  4. What if I need to cancel prior to the start of the certificate program? What is the refund policy?

    Notification of cancellation must be received by email two weeks prior to the first certificate session to obtain a refund ($50.00 administrative fee will be retained). Refunds after that date will not be made, though you may transfer your paid registration to another individual prior to the start of the program.

  5. What if I need to request my social work academic transcript?

    Current and many former students with a uniqname and University Kerberos password can order transcripts online through Wolverine Access. Transcript requests are processed through the University Registrar.

  6. What if I need verification of enrollment?

    A Request form for this purpose is available in the SSW Registrar's Office, 1772 SSWB. Students must be registered for classes before this can be provided.

  8. What if I simply can't get it all done some weeks as an Online MSW admitted student?
