    Join the Office of Student Services and the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for an informal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) related drop in lunch session. This will be a space for building community, as well as an opportunity to talk about any DEI questions, concerns, or ways that you would like to contribute to DEI efforts.

    The intersection of social work and sport is a growing field and Social Work and Sport Association (SWSA) is excited to present The Huddle: What's Your Sport Story?

    We will have a panel of individuals who will share their stories and background in the world of sports. They will speak to their personal and professional experiences and how it has influenced their development. During the Q & A portion we will examine the opportunities for growth in the field of social work and sport.

    We hope that you will join us and hear from the panel which includes a professional social worker, current MSW student and student-athletes.

  4. Coalition Building, Global Policy, and Young Leadership Brown Bag Lunch & Learn

    Please join the Jewish Communal Leadership Program for a discussion about coalition building, global policy, and young leadership with Benny Fischer, the President of the European Union of Jewish Students (EUJS). Mr. Fischer has been involved in coalition building with other minority groups in Europe to educate on discrimination and denialism. Additionally, with observer status in the European Union and United Nations, the EUJS has spoken out about the refugee crisis, free movement in Europe, and the dangers of the far right political movement. The EUJS is a student driven organization and Mr. Fischer is young leader himself and we're excited to have him here!

    Bring your questions, your ideas, and your lunch for a meaningful conversation!

    We will have Passover-friendly snacks.

  9. Field Placement Webinar Recording for Incoming MSW Students

    April 19, 2017 - 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM ET

    This recorded session will walk admitted students through the process of applying for a field placement.  All admitted students should plan view this recorded session.  Presenters discuss how to effectively utilize the Career Center in preparing field application materials. The last 30 minutes of the session discusses specific information for students planning to apply for a school placement.
