Faculty Allies for Diversity Committee

The Faculty Allies for Diversity Committee (FADC) is a group of faculty members who work within the University of Michigan School of Social Work in collaboration with Rackham’s diversity initiatives. Over the last decade, FADC has actively engaged with doctoral students from under-represented groups to provide informational, instrumental, and emotional support. FADC believes diversity matters and there is a need for equitable and inclusive diversity. FADC plays an important leadership role in the School of Social Work and, as a collective, moves forward the broader University mission around promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
