FY22-Increasing Access to Earned Income Tax Credits to Reduce ACEs

Scope of work Year 2: Dr. Maguire-Jack will spend 30% of her time analyzing data and providing quarterly reports to MDHHS on progress to date of the EITC Access Intervention. The data includes home visiting survey data (quarterly), process data (annually), and state-wide administrative data (annually). She will spend 30% of her time preparing and uploading quarterly performance data reports for the federal government. She will spend 20% of her time preparing and uploading quarterly progress reports for the federal government. She will spend 10% of her time providing technical assistance to the funded programs surrounding the evaluation. She will spend 10% of her time preparing for and leading bi-weekly administrative team meetings. Research Assistant (TBD) will spend 30% of their time providing technical assistance to funded programs surrounding the evaluation. They will spend 30% of their time drafting quarterly progress reports. They will spend 40% of their time analyzing performance data for quarterly reports to MDHHS and quarterly performance data reports to the federal funder.
