Best/Promising Practices for COVID-19 Health Equity

We will perform an environmental scan for NNPHI domain area #4 (Mobilize partners and collaborators to advance health equity and address social determinants of health-related to COVID-19 health disparities among populations at higher risk that are underserved). We will leverage our experience and expertise toward how organizations mobilize their partners and collaborators to address the social determinants of health to reduce COVID-19 disparities.
