collaborative group consists of 20 psychotherapists, a physician consultant, and two

Position: Part-Time Care Coordinator (Student working toward their degree in a helping
profession, LLMSW, LLPC, LMSW, or LPC)

● Currently, we are looking for someone to work a few hours about five days per
week.
● Flexibility in scheduling to fit the needs of your schedule and lifestyle.
● Remote/hybrid work is an option.

Role Summary:
As a Care Coordinator at PTS, you'll be connecting with and educating potential new
clients when they reach out to us to inquire about the therapy and/or psychiatric
services we provide. You will be responsible for providing warm, empathetic and kind
customer care during intake phone calls. Care coordinators align clients with therapists
in our practice according to the best therapeutic match, schedule client's first
appointment for clinicians and the MD and gather all demographic information to save
into our EHR. You are responsible for making a great first impression!
