Outpatient Contractual Therapist

ABOUT LYON COUNSELING CENTER:
Lyon Counseling Center is a dynamic, growing practice offering counseling and other
psychological services with locations in South Lyon, Ann Arbor, Huntington Woods
and Brighton.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide individual, group and family treatment to assigned clients.
2. Maintain clinical charts in an accurate and timely manner to include, but not limited to
assessments, treatment plans.
3. Provide individual, group, and family treatment for children with mental health and
co-occurring disorders (developmental disabilities and/or substance abuse).
4. Actively coordinate all therapy with appropriate agency personnel.
5. Update appropriate agency personnel regarding progress of therapy.
6. Maintain cooperative working relationships with educational, legal, health, social
welfare, and mental health systems.
7. Must maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
8. Adhere to all Lyon Counseling Center policies and procedures as it relates to
documentation, training requirements, and confidentiality.
