  2. When do I use the Purchasing or Reimbursement form vs Accounting Documentation form?

    The online Purchasing or Reimbursement form is utilized for reimbursement requests and requests to pay individuals or organizations.

    The Accounting Documentation form is for submitting receipts for expenses that have already been paid for via PCard or shortcode.

  3. When is my first payment due for the Sexual Health Certificate Program?

    A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at enrollment. The first program installment is due February 1st of the year the program starts.

  4. When is the application deadline for the Joint PhD Program?

    All applications and supporting materials must be received by the application deadline of November 18th each year, for admission the following fall term. We admit students only once a year, and all applications are considered at the same time.

  5. When is the application deadline for the Social Work and Social Welfare program?

    It is November 18, 2024.

  6. When is the MSW application deadline?

    There are two MSW application deadlines: December 1st and March 1st.

  8. When should I apply to renew DACA to keep my Employment Authorization Document (EAD) current?
