Being thousands of miles from your friends and family and constantly adapting to new surroundings can be exhausting and isolating. Mental health is a critical part of our well-being and plays a critical role in our ability to perform the responsibilities asked of us as volunteers. What kind of support will you have as a volunteer? What can you do to best support yourself during this big change? We invite you to this Coffee Chat where you can hear from Returned Volunteers about their experience in service and feel safe to ask questions about mental health issues before, during, and after service. This informal discussion with Returned Peace Corps Volunteers is designed to give you an opportunity to ask questions and hear unique perspectives on an interesting 27 months in Peace Corps.
