Position Overview

Michigan Progressive Health's Royal Oak location is seeking a licensed therapist with an interest in psychedelic therapy. Training will be provided but prior experience with therapy is required. Training with ketamine and/or psychedelic-assisted therapies is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a team player, compassionate, motivated, open-minded, and have excellent communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions to patients.

Provides a flexible, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to psychotherapy.

Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.

Provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy including preparation, treatment, and integration of ketamine experiences.

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide compassionate and effective care.

Maintain thorough records of patient progress in accordance with professional standards.

Strictly adheres to HIPAA regulations.
