Clinical Therapist

Duties
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct support and therapy to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Your duties will include:

- Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients
- Facilitating group therapy sessions to promote peer support and skill-building
- Assessing client needs and developing personalized treatment plans
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing
- Providing education and resources to clients and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care
- Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records and coding for billing purposes
