Intentionally applying the values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism to your team or organization's strategic plan sets the stage for stakeholder buy-in, innovative ideas, and human-centered goals and action steps. This course will walk through what it can actually look like to apply a diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism lens to the development and implementation of a plan.
Participants should enter with foundational knowledge on how to create a strategic plan. Participants may want to consider enrolling in our self-paced online foundation-level strategic planning course, "Strategic Planning: A Beginner's Guide": https://ssw.umich.edu/continuing-education/catalog/course/CAT6502
