Mandatory Check-In Information

The Mandatory International Center check-in will be a part of this orientation day and the following items are required to complete your check-in.

You must bring the original and a photocopy (make the copies after you have entered the U.S.) of the following documents:

• Passport (picture page and current U.S. visa page)
• I-20 (page 1) or DS-2019 (page 1)
• Form I-94
