Irene Ng (PhD’06, social work and economics) is the first director of the National University of Singapore's new Social Service Research Centre. In addition to this position, she is also an associate professor of social work in the Department of Social Work at the National University of Singapore.
School of Social Work students were part of an interprofessional team training future health care professionals. This course, "Team-based Clinical Decision Making" is being offered for the first time this term to students from the School of Social Work, College of Pharmacy, School of Dentistry, Medical School and School of Nursing.
