Racial Discrimination, Civil Rights, and Social Work
July 22, 2013 - 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM ET
The Trayvon Martin case raises important questions about Racial Discrimination, Civil Rights, and Social Work.
We want to offer a space for faculty and students to process the outcome, discuss the merits of any impending criminal civil and/or civil charges and brainstorm next steps for social workers interested in getting involved.
Free lunch will be provided by the Community Organization Learning Community
