University Commencement

The University of Michigan will hold a campus level commencement on Saturday, April 30, 2022 (10am) at Michigan Stadium. MSW graduates are welcome to attend this event.

School of Social Work Commencement
April 30, 2022 - 2:00 PM ET
The School of Social Work Commencement for Master of Social Work students will be held in-person. Attendees must show a copy of their event registration. Guests without proof of registration can proceed to the Information Desk in the Lobby to obtain a ticket.
Doors will open to guests at 1pm
Graduates can begin arriving at 12:30pm
A reception will be held at the School of Social Work immediately following commencement.
The School of Social Work Commencement will be livestreamed on the SSW website.

Masking PolicyCommencement will operate in conjunction with the current University masking policy allowing masks to be optional.
All students, faculty, and staff must complete the ResponsiBLUE screening prior to entering campus buildings.
Guests must complete the ResponsiBlue guest screening.
