Need to rejuvenate or just take a break from all the end of the year stress? Yoga is the perfect way to de-stress, re-energize, and exercise! Yin Yoga (also known as restorative yoga) incorporates long, passive holding in yoga poses that go deep into the muscle tissue to access the connective tissue and fascia, which stimulates growth, lubrication, spaciousness and energy. The practice will guide you through poses to relax your tension, release stress and stretch tight muscles. If you're tired of feeling chronically achy, or if you unconsciously reach for a bottle of ibuprofen at the end of the day, why not try this gentle class to improve your well-being? You’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the end of the semester.
No previous yoga experience required. All are welcome.
Feel free to bring a yoga mat (water will be provided).
