1. Collaborate with the County in designing a cash payment program to distribute funds to individuals on the HAWC waiting list.
2. Assist in negotiating with government agencies in seeking benefit waivers including: SSI, HUD, MDHHS, AAHC etc.
3. Provide relevant analysis on the impacts of benefits on other service, income, and tax status.
4. Provide written and other materials supporting the implementation of the program.
5. Advise and support communication efforts.
