Pinar Ustel, MSW '17, is a doctoral candidate in Social Work and Sociology. Her research focuses on patients' experience of mental health treatment and mobilization of informal/online networks to increase their well-being. Ustel is interested in equity-focused pedagogy in higher education and works as a graduate instructional consultant at the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching (CRLT).
