The University of Michigan, School of Public Health (SPH) is currently in year five of a DEI strategic plan and are interested in evaluating the effectiveness of their DEI efforts by establishing baseline outcomes utilizing existing data collected and using those outcomes to inform metrics for the upcoming strategic plan to be developed in line with the University’s DEI 2.0 initiative. SPH would also like to conduct a climate assessment with faculty, students, and staff.
