This project will expand a dissemination and implementation model to improve community access to effective mental health services by training school-based personnel in evidence-based practices for the prevention and management of child and adolescent mood disorders. The dissemination and implementation model to be used is highly effective at improving school professional expertise in and use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and at reducing clinical symptoms of depression and anxiety among youth. This project aims to bring CBT training to school professionals in every county in Michigan with the support of a local coach.
