HELLO aims to assess the potential for online and mobile friendly delivery of settlement programming for English language learners (ELL) . It will examine unmet needs of clients, develop & test corresponding new/modified online services, particularly necessitated in the COVID-19 pandemic. HELLO will conduct a review of existing online services, collect data on needs & barriers from ELL, develop online/mobile friendly programming resources such as a mobile app for clients & a toolkit for SPO managers transitioning programs to online delivery.
