Project will involve an observation of the extent to which clinicians adhere to a defined distress screening protocol (e.g., administration of a screening instrument; appropriate clinical response as indicated by mild, moderate, severe scores/response on the screening instrument). The UM component will include coordinating data from other institutions, providing the analysis of the data, and compiling final results/conclusions report for this study
