Ariel PJ Stewart is a Senior Program Officer at The Covenant Foundation in New York City. As a JCLP student, Ariel worked with Kadima, a Metro Detroit organization focused on services for those with mental illness. She also interned with JVS Detroit, working on career programming with homeless individuals in Detroit. Originally from Oakland, California, Ariel majored in psychology at American University in Washington DC. While in DC, she volunteered for Everybody Wins DC and interned with Leadership Initiatives, where she developed and led complex fundraising and lobbying projects.

Ilana Harrow works for the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) Office of Student Health and Wellness, as the Oral Health Coordinator. Before that, she worked with CPS in the Vision Program and also served as a program associate with the Ounce of Prevention Fund. She was a co-founder of the Chicago Moishe House, where she lived for two years, building an engaged community of young Jewish adults through vibrant public programs and service projects. While a student in the Jewish Communal Leadership Program, Ilana interned at the Jewish Council for Urban Affairs in Chicago and spearheaded "What Is Jewish Detroit?" JCLP's 2012 Communal Conversation. Ilana most recently has provided MSW supervision to JCLP students completing summer field placements in Chicago.

Josh Kanter is a Manager of Partnerships and Outreach at Reboot, an organization inspired by Jewish ritual and the arts, humor, food, philosophy, and social justice that produces creative projects that spark the interest of young Jews and the larger community. He was previously a planning executive with the Commission on Jewish Identity and Renewal Team at UJA-Federation of New York and as Community Relations Officer with American Jewish World Service where he fostered strategic partnerships across the Jewish community in effort to realize human rights and end poverty in the developing world. Before moving to New York, Josh developed and coordinated social justice initiatives to engage young adults at NEXTGen Detroit, a division of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit. Josh's JCLP experience included work with Bend the Arc, staffing their Detroit Community Leadership Initiative, and serving as a board member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Ann Arbor.

Liz Grossi is the Lead Communications Coordinator for the City of Fort Collins. Before that she worked as the Colorado Development Manager with Share Our Strength, a national organization working to end child hunger in America by connecting kids with effective nutrition programs. She raised funds to support Colorado programming and coordinates special events to help build broader awareness of the organization. Before she returned home to Colorado, Liz spent three years working for the Fair Food Network in Ann Arbor, MI. She served in many different capacities, completing her work there as Director of Partnership Development. While a JCLP student, Liz worked with Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County and on environmental and food justice issues with Hazon in New York City. She was also part of the team that created "What Is Jewish Detroit?" JCLP's 2012 Communal Conversation.

Sara Shvartzman works for Kavod Senior Life as the coordinator of Kavod On the Road, organizing programs for Jewish seniors in partnership with varied agencies and synagogues in Denver, CO. Before returning to her home state of Colorado, Sara worked as the Arts and Culture Coordinator for the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore. While in JCLP, Sara was an MSW intern with Jewish Family Service of Metropolitan Detroit and Hebrew Senior Life in Boston.

Talya Marcus is a LEAP Management Analyst with the San Mateo County Health System where she focuses on process improvement. A native of the Bay Area, she is enjoying life back home after her time in Michigan and teaching a 5th grade Jewish History class. As a JCLP student, Talya had the opportunity to work with the Jewish Community Relations Council of Metropolitan Detroit and UpStart Bay Area. After graduating from the dual degree program with her MSW and MPH, she worked with the Genesee Health System in Flint, Michigan.
