Job Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain a client caseload of a minimum of 10 sessions per week

Respond to clients’ request for service within 2 business days

Complete written records for each client session within 48 hours

Option to attend monthly all-staff meetings (virtual)

Skills and Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)

Active LMSW or LLMSW in the State of Michigan

Minimum 1-2 years of direct client work (field placement/internship will be considered for strong candidates)

Willingness to grow and commit to this role - building a caseload and growing as a therapist takes time and dedication

Have all necessary tools to provide online services (confidential work space, stable internet connection, etc.)
