Care Coordination

At Hera we are building to change the way we care for our aging
parents. We are the trusted guide for navigating aging at home, newly
covered by Original Medicare benefits. We become an extension of the
family to expertly coordinate care at home that we would want for our
own parents. We are a lean startup team from ex-Headway and Johns
Hopkins Hospital.

We launched in New York this year and are met with surging demand.
Looking to bring on additional care coordination capacity in a
part-time capacity to support the growing client load.

We are looking for both MSW program graduates and current students who
are passionate about serving this population and interested in
supplemental income opportunities:
