YDRC is seeking candidates for two roles:

Program Associate, Network Engagement and Advocacy (Please apply by April 15th)

The Network Engagement and Advocacy Program Associate will engage stakeholders and advance advocacy initiatives that enhance access to high-quality out-of-school-time (OST) programs. This position will focus on network-building, policy awareness, and capacity development, ensuring that youth-serving professionals, community organizations, and policymakers are well-connected and aligned in their efforts to improve opportunities for youth.

Program Associate, Development and Communications (Please apply by May 8th)

The Development and Communications Program Associate will support fundraising efforts and communicate impact to stakeholders. This position assists with fundraising campaigns, grant support, and developing digital and print communications that elevate out-of-school time (OST) programs and partners.
