Congress of Communities (CoC) is searching for a Youth and Community Organizer to support CoC community outreach and youth program activities. The right candidate will develop and implement resident-driven and youth-driven initiatives, and co-create and run youth organizing and leadership development programs. This job will encompass aspects of both direct work with youth and residents, as well as macro-focused community organizing, program design and analysis, and strategic planning.
Annual Pay Range: $45,000-$50,000
