Assistant Director of Evaluation and Quality Improvement

As Assistant Director of Evaluation and Quality Improvement, you will help us improve the way we evaluate our programs and will support the continuation and growth of the Shared Outcomes Project, which is a system-level change initiative, led by the Evaluation and Quality Improvement (EQI) team, to collect outcome data. The goal of the Shared Outcomes work is to bring together and collaborate with a cohort of service providers to build a common framework that will help us better understand how our system supports participants, evaluate what we are doing well, identify areas for improvement, and measure progress. This project also enhances the capacity of Chicago Jewish community organizations to articulate outcomes for their participants, learn from data, and improve their community contributions.

This position works closely with the Director and the Associate Vice President of Evaluation and Quality Improvement to implement, support, and expand internal and external evaluation efforts for JUF and its partner agencies.

We have a hybrid schedule and offer generous benefits including a 401(k) match, 22 days of paid time off, 11 sick days, and up to 21 paid holidays. The salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000.

REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. program evaluation, data analysis)
