Director of Clinical Practice Improvement – Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority

Andrea has a Masters of Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and is currently pursuing a D.H.A at Central Michigan University.  As the Director of Clinical Practice Improvement, Andrea is responsible for assessing workforce needs, and strategically planning and implementing ways to address the gaps through training and Grantsmanship. The department is also responsible for the oversight, development, implementation, and monitoring of evidence-based practices within the DWMHA system of care.
