We invite you to a Community Conversation around New Year’s resolutions.
Did you know that New Year’s resolutions have been in practice for 4000 years? As many as 48% of the global population currently make them, and nowadays they are often centered around self-improvement. This conversation will focus on how we decide on resolutions, and how this process intersects (or doesn’t) with self-care. You don’t need a resolution (or to share yours) to join!
This is a time for open dialogue – to express feelings, raise concerns, and find support as a community.
About the format. With these smaller Community Conversations, our goal is to create a restorative space where we can share experiences and learn from one another. The discussion will be guided by practices from intergroup dialogue and restorative justice.
