Ty B Tucker

Ty B. Tucker’s (MSW, PhD) research explores equitable access to education and employment for racially and ability-diverse communities. Specifically, Tucker is interested in developing and evaluating advocacy-focused tools that reduce academic exclusionary discipline, and in securing employment for Black youth and students in special education. Currently, Tucker is a postdoctoral fellow in the Level Up Lab, which utilizes technology-based interventions to help obtain and sustain employment for people from marginalized and underserved communities.
