Elise McNulty, LMSW, is a seasoned social worker with a solid academic foundation, having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Wayne State University, specializing in Family Systems. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field since 2009, Elise has been a pivotal member of Trinity Health IHA Medical Group since 2017. Starting as a Behavioral Health Care Manager within the Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Program, she now serves as the program's manager. Elise brings a particular focus on treating adults dealing with anxiety and depression in primary care, as well as addressing grief, loss, and women's issues. Committed to ongoing professional development, she is actively pursuing certification in Perinatal Mental Health. In addition to her managerial role, Elise also dedicates part of her time to working as a therapist with a local group practice. Residing in Canton, she finds balance by indulging in her love for reading, spending quality time with her children, and enjoying outdoor adventures with her Australian Shepherd, Coco.
