Rachel Zinn Wall, originally from Mountain View, CA, works as Communications & Development Manager at the Jewish Federation of Greater Ann Arbor. Previously, she served as Director of Community-Based Services at JARC in Bloomfield Hills, MI, coordinating residential services for adults with developmental disabilities through a Jewish lens. She came to JCLP from the Hebrew Day School of Ann Arbor where she held the position of Office Manager for three years. While a JCLP student, she held field placements at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit and JARC and studied Management of Human Services with a focus on Community and Social Systems. Through JCLP, Rachel enjoyed learning how to manage organizations in order to make the most positive difference for individuals and their communities and how to build and maintain vibrant Jewish communities. She received her BS in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University. Before graduate school, Rachel worked in a mixed-income affordable housing community on Chicago's South Side, advocated for employment of adults with developmental disabilities, and directed a Hebrew High School program in Ann Arbor.
