Associate Professor Rogério Pinto, Chair of the Faculty Allies for Diversity Learning Community, led a series of manuscript writing workshops focusing on developing publishable academic journal articles. The Faculty Allies for Diversity Learning Community is providing professional development and financial support for PhD students while they work on manuscripts for publication over this summer.
Associate Professor Rogério Pinto was the featured speaker at the colloquium, “Community Health Agents in Brazil and implications for the development of similar programs in other countries” which was held at the University of Chile School of Public Health.
Associate Professor Rogerio Pinto was selected as a Faculty Affiliate at Global REACH, which helps facilitate and promote U-M Medical School international initiatives in research, education, and collaborations in health.
