Teague Simoncic, LMSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Michigan. Teague works for IHA as the Behavioral Health Care Manager Preceptor for their Collaborative Care programming, and is responsible for training new team members and providing ongoing coaching within this integrated system of care. She has previous experience within IHA as a Behavioral Health Care Manager in a primary care clinic, as well as with Michigan Medicine's Department of Psychiatry working as a Research Coordinator on county-wide implementation of integrated care initiatives. Teague earned her MSW at the University of Michigan and also completed a post-graduate certificate in Integrated Behavioral Health in Primary Care.
