Lauren Breit

Lauren Breit (she/her, they/them) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Sex Therapist, Level III Reiki Practitioner, educator, yoga enthusiast and dog mom.

She has over 11 years of experience and owns a thriving mental health practice in Chicago, IL - Three Raven Counseling. Lauren utilizes her humorous and unabashed disposition to offer her clients a holistic, collaborative and affirming space for healing and growth. She is committed to cultivating more inclusive spaces and practitioners for LGBTQIA+, consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, kink/BDSM clients. She has taught Sex Therapy at Governor’s State University in Chicago and has presented at University of Illinois at Chicago and St. Xavier University.

Lauren’s passion lies in working with clients who practice alternative spiritualities, those struggling with trauma/PTSD, survivors of sexual trauma, male identified survivors of childhood sexual trauma and first responders.
