Dr. Uchenna Ossai PT, DPT, WCS, CLT is creator and manager of the pelvic health physical therapy program at Houston Methodist Hospital. She received get clinical doctorate in physical therapy at University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her residency in Women's Health and Movement Impairment Science at Washington University in St. Louis. In 2016, she completed the University of Michigan Sexual Health Certificate Program in Sexuality Counseling and Education. Her clinical practice is in a multidisciplinary setting that focuses on the treatment and research of all genders with complex sexual and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is on faculty for Houston Methodist fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the Urology Residency Program. Her clinical and research interest include sexual dysfunction in marginalized populations, particularly women of color and the LGBTQ community.
