Placement Verification Forms (PVFs) Open

September 3, 2024 (all day)
We recommend that students submit their PVF's by 09/17/24 to allow one week for their Field Instructor to review and submit their portion.

All official field-related notifications are sent to the field instructor's UMich email address. To approve the PVF and eventually the student's Educational Agreement, the Field Instructor(s) must sign in using their uniquname and password.
