Healing Through Movement

Join us for a special workshop with Dr. Sohini Chakraborty, Founder and Director of Kolkata Sanved, a Dance Movement Therapy organization based in Kolkata, India. The workshop will focus on the Sampoornata approach of Dance Movement Therapy. Developed by Kolkata Sanved, this approach is dedicated to healing and nurturing overall well-being. The workshop will be divided into two parts: an experiential process and an interactive discussion. It will be an immersive workshop that delves into the transformative power of Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) through the lens of the Sampoornata approach.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience the power of Sampoornata in promoting holistic well-being, empowerment and social change.
Light refreshments will be served.
