Disability Pride Month is celebrated every year in July to mark the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in July 1990. Let’s come together to discuss disability pride. What does it mean? How do we live and further disability pride in our lives and in our workplaces? How far have we come since the passage of ADA, and what further changes would improve accessibility for all?

    Burnout, a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged and excessive stress, often occurring in high-pressure environments. As many wish to serve people in need and enhance their quality of life, we must remember that we "can't pour water out of an empty cup."

    International Self-Care Day is observed annually on July 24th. A day dedicated to promoting self-care practices and raising awareness about the importance of taking care of one's overall self. Let’s consider what this looks like!

    This is a time for conversation – to share feelings, raise concerns, and talk together as a school community. To aid the conversation, space will be limited.
