The field of Social Work and Sport has identified sport as a powerful intervention at both the micro and macro levels. Social workers are equipped with the skills and education to develop, implement, and evaluate programs utilizing the power of sport. These sport-based interventions teach and develop critical life skills while empowering individuals and groups. This webinar will identify the social work values and ethics present in sport social work practice, and explore how these interventions can be applied in a variety of fields across the social work profession.Registration for this course is closed.
