We invite you to a community conversation around Grief and Pet Loss.
For the lives that are carving rooms in our hearts, we will explore what human-animal relationships each person holds towards species outside of their own, the significance of this form of love, and how it feels to process their inevitable demise. Various forms of grief will be touched upon. Keep in mind, that this will not be a support group, so it is not required to have endured a direct loss in order to attend.
This is an opportunity to share your experiences, concerns, and ideas in a supportive community space. Join us as we reflect on the effects of the climate crisis and explore ways to strengthen resilience within our communities.
About the format: With these smaller Community Conversations our goal is to create a restorative space where we can share experiences and learn from one another. The discussion will be guided by practices from intergroup dialogue and restorative justice.
