Are you a student, staff, or faculty member at the University of Michigan or a community member interested in the solidarity economy? You’re invited to join Resource Generation Michigan, CASC, and the Ginsberg Center on October 25 from 3-5 PM to co-create and design a Winter 2025 conference. The conference aims to bring together students, community members, scholars, activists, and practitioners to explore topics such as transformative investing, co-operatives, environmental justice, wealth redistribution, reparations, and more. We will have light refreshments!
Resource Generation (RG) is a national membership organization that organizes economically privileged young people in support of wealth redistribution and economic justice. RG has 19 chapters across the US including an active and growing Michigan chapter. The Ginsberg Center at the University of Michigan connects students with civic engagement opportunities and supports them to contribute meaningfully in their engagement.
