Join the Jewish Communal Leadership Program for our 2023 Communal Concert and Conversation: an evening of Joyful Jewish Jams with Batya Levine and Ann Arbor native Aly Halpert at the Ark! We look forward to bringing together musical artists who weave Jewish tradition into their music, in celebration of Jewish ritual, culture and peoplehood. There will be a Q&A session at the end.
Admission is free and all are welcome. Doors open at 6:30 pm and performance will begin at 7 pm.
The Communal Concert is made possible by the generous support of the U-M LSA Jean & Samuel Frankel Center for Judaic Studies, U-M Hillel, Beth Israel Congregation of Ann Arbor, Jewish Federation of Greater Ann Arbor, The Well Detroit, Repair the World Detroit, Zingerman's Community of Businesses, CultureVerse, Jewish Young Professionals of Ann Arbor, U-M School of Music, Theatre & Dance, the Ark, U-M School of Social Work Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the U-M School of Social Work Student Union.
