This reflection-based webinar engages participants in discussion about how white supremacy covertly shows up and impacts our workplace. We will learn about some common white supremacy characteristics in office culture, such as perfectionism, a sense of urgency, etc. Participants will have space to talk about how characteristics show up and how it impacts us as individuals and community members. Acknowledging, reflecting, and seeking out ways to mitigate the impact of white supremacy traits on our work community is a step towards creating a more inclusive and healthy work environment.
Registration for this course is closed. Visit the CE Course Catalog for more offerings.
