Microaggressions - the subtle everyday verbal and nonverbal slights and insults which communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative messages - can effect anyone. In this thought-provoking presentation, attendees learn how background influences individuals' perceptions and experiences of other; strategies for building strong relationships; and ways to create more mindful & inclusive work environments.
